Understanding the Sesame Plant
The journey to elevate Nghệ An’s sesame seeds goes beyond paperwork; it begins with muddy footsteps in the fields
At Dong Thinh Cooperative, the harsh Central Vietnam weather couldn't dampen the enthusiasm of the expert team and local farmers. We waded into the fields together to directly inspect the soil conditions and the growth potential of our native sesame variety.
While sesame has grown on this arid land for generations, maximizing its yield and essential oil content requires changing traditional farming habits. From seed spacing and soil moisture to recognizing when the plants are "thirsty," experts provided meticulous guidance. Seeing the healthy green shoots, we firmly believe that understanding our homeland's soil is the strongest foundation for future high-quality products.
